How We Protect Your Investment
Included with your purchase of any "Helper" or "Boost" hearing instrument is our "Platinum Warranty". This exclusive warranty extends the standard 90 day product warranty to include normal wear-and-tear repairs for 12 months from date of purchase. This plan also includes a single replacement for loss or damage beyond repair to your hearing instrument, terms and conditions apply.
If you prefer, you can reduce your purchase price by $15 and select the "Standard Warranty". This plan does not include loss and damage coverage. Your purchase will still remain covered for 12 months against any needed normal wear-and-tear repairs.
These warranties are renewable annually and you will be notified as your coverage expires.
